RASA translates ideas from psychology, neuroscience, neuroarts, and arts-health research into simple creative wellbeing practices. It is designed for everyday emotional wellbeing, not diagnosis or therapy. Some activities are backed by stronger evidence than others, so every activity includes an evidence note.
Preventive, not clinical
RASA does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. We use language like “may support” and “can help you explore.”
Low-cost & culturally adaptable
Activities are designed to be done at home, school, work, outdoors, transit, or in shared community spaces — with few or no materials.
Evidence, transparently labelled
Each activity is tagged as strong, moderate, emerging, or community-informed so you can choose with confidence.
